MADE-TO-MEASURE: Terms & Conditions

. A made-to-measure item is custom-crafted upon order and will be shipped within six to seven weeks from the date of purchase.

. As each made-to-measure piece is crafted specifically for you, it is non-refundable unless found to be defective. We urge you to provide precise measurements when placing your order, as Advitiya(Other Label by EST) is not liable for any inaccuracies in the information shared by the customer.

. Please review our size guide when selecting garments or custom-made pieces to ensure the perfect fit.

. You have to pay 100% of the product value at the time of placing a made-to-order request.

. The shipping amount of a made-to-measure item will depend on the value of the product.

1.Priority shipping is always chargeable. The amount will increase based on the value, weight and destination of the shipment.

2. Import duty if applicable, as per the import country laws & regulations, will be charged at the time of delivery.

3. In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information), the re-delivery of the same will made only after additional shipping charges is paid by client.

4. At Advitiya(Other Label by EST), we offer Worldwide delivery. For both local and international shipping.

5. Your purchase will be shipped to you after receiving within 4-6 working days from the day we receive the payment if the purchase is in stock and is not made to order.

6. For international orders, shipping times will vary from country to country and depending on custom clearance procedures.

7. You will be notified via email once your order has shipped, with full tracking information. Please note,  Advitiya(Other Label by EST) is not responsible for any import or customs duties to be paid, it must be settled by the customer.

8. The dispatch for all Domestic Orders will be 2-3 weeks.  

9. The dispatch for all International Orders will be 4-6 weeks.
